Code of conduct
The code of conduct is a set of rights and obligations that govern the activity of the Central Securities Depository, the conduct of its employees as well as the relationship with participants and public.
Tunisie Clearing has implemented in 2014 a code of conduct governing the professional obligations and ethical rules applicable to its staff.
The code of conduct includes the basic principles of professional ethics which apply to any employee of the Central Securities Depository. The objective of this code is to ensure an independent, efficient and accurate execution of the central custody and delivery/payment of securities. The code also aims to regulate conflict of interest situations and to prevent any conduct in violation with the system transparency, the protection of participants and the orderly execution of services.
